If CBUK doesn't answer within eight weeks – or you’re unhappy with how we deal with
the matter, you can contact Financial Ombudsman Service (but you must do so within
six months of the date provided on our final response letter).
If you do not refer your complaint within that time, the Ombudsman will not have
permission to consider your complaint (they will only be able to do so in very limited
circumstances).
